SHIPPING & DELIVERY

CHIRA.GG is operated by MAISON COOPERATIVE SRL, based in Romania. We ship orders from Romania to the destinations available at checkout.

01 / PRODUCTION BEFORE SHIPPING

Customised products are made to order. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production begins once payment has been confirmed and we have a complete product configuration. Where a project requires manual design work, production begins after the final design has been approved.

The estimated production time for your product is shown on its product page or communicated in your project quotation. For CHIRA ARENA, the current estimate is 1–5 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. For team orders and larger projects, production schedules are agreed individually.

02 / SHIPPING COSTS

Our standard shipping rates are:

Romania: RON 30 per order.
European Union destinations outside Romania: €10 per order.

If checkout uses a different currency, the applicable shipping amount is displayed in that currency before payment.

For destinations outside the European Union, shipping availability and charges are shown at checkout. If your destination is unavailable, contact us before placing an order.

Larger projects or consolidated team shipments may have separately agreed shipping terms. Any different charge will be communicated before you confirm the order.

03 / DELIVERY TIME

Shipping time starts when your completed order is handed over to the carrier.

Your total waiting time consists of production time plus courier transit time. Where available, delivery estimates are shown during checkout or communicated when your order is dispatched.

Courier transit times are estimates unless a delivery date has been expressly agreed. If you need an order for a specific event, contact us before purchasing so we can check whether your deadline is achievable.

04 / TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order is dispatched, we send shipping confirmation and tracking information, where available, to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

For an order update, email contact@chira.gg and include your order number.

05 / DELIVERY DETAILS

Please check your name, address, postal code, email and telephone number before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to update the details before dispatch. Changes after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier may not be possible.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, missed collection or another issue attributable to the recipient, an additional delivery charge may apply to reship it. We will communicate any charge before arranging a new shipment.

06 / DELAYS, MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, contact contact@chira.gg with your order number. We will review the tracking information and contact the carrier where necessary.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, send us your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.

We will investigate and arrange the appropriate solution. This policy does not limit your applicable consumer rights.

07 / DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE EU

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance fees.

Any import charges collected by CHIRA will be identified at checkout. Charges not included or collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient to the carrier or relevant authority.

Customs clearance can extend delivery time. If a parcel is refused or returned because of unpaid import charges, contact us so we can review the available options and any costs involved.

08 / CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

For customised products, changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins. Once production has started, they may no longer be possible.
