These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CHIRA.GG and any purchases made through the website.

CHIRA.GG is operated by MAISON COOPERATIVE SRL, a company registered in Romania.

By accessing our website, creating a customised product, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or place an order.

2. CHIRA.GG

CHIRA.GG provides apparel, merchandise and related products, including products that customers can personalise through our online configurator.

Certain products may allow customers to select or upload elements including colors, graphics, patterns, logos and text.

Some products are manufactured specifically according to the configuration submitted by the customer.

3. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and prices displayed on CHIRA.GG are accurate.

Because many CHIRA products are configurable, the appearance of the final product depends on the options selected by the customer.

Product images, digital renders and configurator previews are intended to provide a realistic representation of the finished product but may not perfectly reproduce physical characteristics such as fabric texture, surface appearance or color.

Minor differences may occur because of screen calibration, display technology, production processes and the characteristics of textile materials.

Such normal variations do not affect any mandatory rights you may have where a product is actually non-conforming.

5. CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS

A product is considered customised where it is manufactured or modified according to selections made by the customer.

This may include customization of colors, graphics, logos, text, gamer tags, artwork or other design elements.

Before submitting an order, you are responsible for checking your configuration carefully.

The configuration submitted with the order will normally be used as the production specification.

If you identify an error after placing your order, contact contact@chira.gg as quickly as possible.

Changes or cancellations may be possible until the order enters production.

Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

6. CUSTOMER-UPLOADED CONTENT

When uploading a logo, graphic, image, text, trademark or other content to CHIRA.GG, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use that content for the requested product.

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting content for production, you grant MAISON COOPERATIVE SRL a limited, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, adapt and process that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to:

generate product previews;
manufacture your products;
process and fulfil your order;
provide customer support;
maintain reasonable production and transaction records.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to CHIRA.GG.

We may refuse or cancel a configuration that we reasonably believe infringes intellectual property rights, violates applicable law or contains content that cannot lawfully be produced or supplied.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the CHIRA.GG website and its original content are owned by or licensed to MAISON COOPERATIVE SRL.

This includes, where applicable, branding, product designs, website design, graphics, photographs, illustrations, text, software elements and other original materials.

Nothing on CHIRA.GG grants you ownership of CHIRA intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create unauthorised derivative works from CHIRA materials without prior permission from MAISON COOPERATIVE SRL.

Customer-owned logos and other customer-uploaded intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

8. ORDERS

Submitting an order represents an offer to purchase the products included in that order.

After an order is submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

incorrect or incomplete order information;
payment failure;
suspected fraud or misuse;
technical or pricing errors;
unavailable materials or production capacity;
unlawful or infringing custom content;
inability to deliver the requested product.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received and no amount is otherwise lawfully due, the applicable amount will be refunded.

9. PRICES AND TAXES

Prices displayed on CHIRA.GG are shown according to the settings applicable to the customer's market and may include or exclude taxes depending on the transaction and destination.

The final price, applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before the order is completed where required.

For cross-border transactions, applicable VAT treatment may depend on factors including the customer's location, customer type and valid VAT identification information.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply.

Where such charges are not collected by CHIRA at checkout, they may be payable separately by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier.

10. PAYMENT

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by Shopify Payments or other authorised payment providers.

CHIRA.GG does not control the internal processing systems of independent payment providers.

Your order may not proceed to production until payment has been successfully authorised or received.

11. PRODUCTION

Production times shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

For CHIRA ARENA, the current estimated production time is 1–5 business days.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Production may be affected by circumstances including order complexity, material availability, production volume or events outside our reasonable control.

Where a material delay affects an order, we will provide information to the customer where required.

12. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are displayed during the purchasing process where available.

Shipping times begin after production has been completed.

Delivery estimates provided by couriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

13. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Customised or clearly personalised products may be subject to different withdrawal rules from standard products.

CHIRA allows customers to request cancellation of a customised order until the order enters production.

Once production has started, cancellation based solely on a change of mind or an error in the customer's submitted configuration may no longer be possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights relating to defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.

EU consumer rules require standard contract terms to remain fair and preserve mandatory statutory protections.

14. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional codes, team codes and other discounts may be subject to specific conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts:

cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders;
may have an expiry date;
may apply only to selected products or markets;
may not be combined with other promotions.

CHIRA may withdraw or modify a promotion where permitted by applicable law.

Where a discount code is connected to a CHIRA partner, team, organisation or creator, use of that code may also contribute to the commercial arrangement between CHIRA and that partner.

This does not increase the price paid by the customer unless clearly disclosed before purchase.

15. TEAM AND ORGANISATION STORES

CHIRA may operate merchandise collections or storefronts associated with esports organisations, clubs, teams, creators or other partners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products purchased through CHIRA.GG are sold by MAISON COOPERATIVE SRL.

Partner organisations may receive commissions, revenue shares or other compensation based on sales associated with their collection or code.

Any such commercial arrangement between CHIRA and a partner does not reduce the customer's statutory rights.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain features of CHIRA.GG rely on third-party services.

These may include ecommerce infrastructure, payment processing, product configuration, analytics, shipping or other technical services.

For example, CHIRA currently uses Shopify for ecommerce functionality and Kickflip for interactive product customisation.

Your use of certain features may therefore involve processing by those service providers in accordance with applicable agreements and privacy rules.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep CHIRA.GG accessible and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

We may temporarily suspend, update, modify or maintain portions of the website where reasonably necessary.

This may include changes to products, configurators, features or technical infrastructure.

18. PROHIBITED USE

You may not use CHIRA.GG to engage in unlawful activity, interfere with the website's security or operation, attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts, distribute malicious software, submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person's identity or payment information, or upload content that you do not have the legal right to use.

We may restrict access or refuse orders where reasonably necessary to protect customers, CHIRA, our partners or third parties.

19. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS

Occasionally, information on the website may contain typographical, technical, pricing or other errors.

Where an obvious error affects a product or order, we may correct the information and contact the customer where necessary.

Nothing in this section allows us to remove rights that consumers have under mandatory applicable law.

20. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, MAISON COOPERATIVE SRL is not responsible for indirect losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from misuse of the website or products contrary to their intended purpose.

For consumers, these Terms do not exclude rights or remedies granted by mandatory Romanian or European Union consumer protection law.

21. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

Where products are purchased by a company, esports organisation, club, association or other person acting for professional or commercial purposes, consumer-specific rights may not apply.

Separate quotations, supply agreements, commercial conditions or partner agreements accepted by a business customer may supplement or replace parts of these Terms where expressly agreed.

22. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through CHIRA.GG is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Where applicable, cookie and tracking technologies are addressed separately in our Cookie Policy.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service when our services, products, technology or legal obligations change.

The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order is placed, except where a change is required by mandatory law.

The latest version will be published on CHIRA.GG together with its revision date.

24. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable national or European Union law.

If you are a consumer residing in another jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, customers may have access to competent consumer protection authorities or other dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable law.
